1. Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
2. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Please note the following:
Shipping Charges:
Additional shipping fees apply to international orders. Charges vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected during checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Delivery Time:
International shipments may take longer to arrive depending on your country’s customs clearance process. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout, but please allow extra time during peak seasons or unexpected delays.
3. Order Tracking

4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we can help:
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Personalized or intimate items (e.g., customized Bridal Wear or Jewelry) are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
How to Return:

- We will guide you through the return process.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
